The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 set to hit US shelves July 7th! Samsung has continuously been in the news since the dawn of their Galaxy devices. Seemingly every week the company is caught leaking or announcing a new device from tablets, to smart phones and now even smart cameras. While the company pumps out a slew of different devices it’s hard to forget the amazing Galaxy Tab’s. Samsung has pumped out many different models of tablets. The Galaxy Tab currently comes in many shapes and forms. From the highest end flagship tablet to the mid range slates the latest Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 now has plans for its launch in the US.
News of the next generation Galaxy Tab 3 originally leaked into rumor mill way back in January. Since then Samsung has announced the new Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, the Galaxy Note 8.0, a Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and now the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. Samsung’s latest slate was announced back in June and will now be officially launching in the US on July 7th. The tablet has been available internationally since its official launch date in June and pre-orders on the tablet have just officially been opened for us here stateside. The device will begin shipping come July 7th! For anyone interested the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will run you about $399. So what can you expect from the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1? Firstly he Tab 3 10.1 starts running the likes of Android version 4.2 and provides its end users with access to the OS via a 10.1 inch 1280×800 touch screen at 149 pixels per inch. Internally the Tab 3 10.1 will come with a Z2560 1.6GHz dual-core processor, with internal GPU, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage with 11 GB of that user accessible with additional memory expansion via microSD up to 64GB. The tablet will also come with a 3.2 mega pixel camera with 720p video recording capabilities as well as 1.3 mega pixel front facing shooter. Additionally the new tablet will come with GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and a Micro USB connection for syncing and charging.
