Samsung has gone to great lengths producing an astonishing amount of different sized smart phones and tablets. The larger of the smart phones blur the line between tablets and go by the name of Galaxy Note. But even larger Mega handsets from Samsung are also expected to launch sometime in the future. The first generation Samsung Galaxy Note was introduced back in 2011 and has since gone into its second generation and will be into the third sometime this year. The Note series concept was then transformed into a tablet of a few different sizes and spawned a worldwide phenomenon that produced many oversized handsets and tablets that included stylus support. What we have not seen from the Note, is the Note Mini. The S3 and S4 smart phones have minis and it looks as if the Note will be getting its own version and will also be known as the Galaxy Memo. A rendering and a few details surrounding the Galaxy Memo arrived at the inbox of Sam Mobile this morning. Apparently the device will come with Note like features packed into a 4.5 inch display. According to the details, the Memo is said to be a Note device that is built around mid range specifications. It will come with the said 4.5 inch full HD TFT LCD touch screen, a 1.4 GHz quad core processor, 2 GB of RAM, an 8 mega pixel camera and will get its go from the likes of Android version 4.2.2 and Samsung’s Touch Wiz Nature UX. Keep in mind however this is a larger rumor and is advised that the details within be taken with a large grain of salt. Sam Mobile who published the leak has updated their post to mention this is possibly a fake as the device shows Korean characters on the open memo application while the docked apps’ use English.
