The Nexus 5 Appears in the Play Store
The LG made, Google Nexus 5 can’t keep itself out of the spot light! Have you heard of these Google Nexus devices? Their all the rage! Ok, maybe not as popular as say iPhones or Galaxies, but Nexus devices are awesome Android tablets and smart phones that come directly from the mind of Google and their manufacturing partners. The Nexus series of smart phones has been manufactured by a handful of different OEMs and currently LG holds the responsibility to produce an awesome piece of hardware for a vanilla implementation of Android. Moving into the fifth generation of the Nexus, the highly anticipated Nexus 5 simply cannot stay out of the headlines with a new leak every day.
At this point the LG made Nexus 5 has seemingly been exposed for all its worth all we need now is a launch. It is possible however there are some hidden hardware gem’s built into the device that a leak has not already exposed, but we’d expect all the rumors surrounding the device sum up its abilities fairly well. Come launch time however we should see a few surprises embedded into the next iteration of the search giant’s Android operating system. Until its launch however we’ll sit back and watch its deepest secrets spew out onto the street. Last night brought us the devices first ‘official’ leak as the Nexus 5 showed up on Google’s own marketplace the Play Store. The Nexus 5 showing up on site however was indeed in error as the listing was pulled shortly after it was discovered by press outlets, coincidence? We think not, however the mistake does give us our first official look at the Nexus 5 and all but pin points a price range. The listing only said “Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways. Starting at $349”. With those words we at least know the 16 GB Nexus 5 should be around that price point and by the way it sounds some improvements to the Android camera? As the buzz about Google’s little mix up started to die down this morning AndroidCentral.com spotted Nexus 5 packaging in the wild via iTechTriad.Com. Keep in mind it’s just a box and appears to be retail packaging for a white variation of the Nexus 5. Last solid source of information stated that Google would be launching the Nexus 5 on October 28th, but the way these leaks are pouring out you never know. Check out all of the leaks and details surrounding the Nexus 5 for what exactly we you can expect.
