The LG F90 Headed to the Now Network as the Volt LS740?
The LG F90 will make its way to Sprint as the LG Volt. Earlier this week at MWC LG took the wraps off the F90 and F70 handsets and today some new details surrounding the F90’s future name and carrier have come into the light. LG has been on roll lately pumping out some rather awesome handsets. The Nexus 5, G Flex, G Pro, G2 are all devices that come to mind, the F90 is not in the same league however. The latest devices in the company’s F series of handsets, these smart phones are not flagship models. They are however, highly capable well powered lower-end device.
The LG F90 however between the two is the better phone and luckily for you Now Network customers’ you’ll get a chance to own it. The LG F90 is a perfect new device. While not the most high powered device it can easily hold its own. The F90 starts with a 4.7 inch IPS LCD touch screen display that offers up a 540×960 resolution at 234 pixels per inch. It comes with an 8 mega pixel camera with Autofocus and 720p video recording as well as a front facing VGA quality shooter up front. Internally the handset houses a Qualcomm made Snapdragon 400 processor that uses a quad core 1.2 GHz processor, internal GPU, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of storage and expandable micro SD memory. Add in an all day 3000 mAh battery, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and micro USB connectivity you are left with the excellence that is the F90 or otherwise known as the Sprint Volt? At MWC an identical device was spotted on the LG line up, but was branded as the Volt with model number of LS740. The LS namesake means Sprint and well, with that in mind we are sure to see the F90 make its way to the Now Network! Pricing and availability is still unknown.
