The scoop which was given to TechnoBuffalo by an anonymous tipster lays out some goodies. Firstly and presumably most notable is the return of the dedicated numbers row. The Droid 2 opted to omit the dedicated numeral buttons and has been getting slack for it since. You have to love how Motorola listens!
