Samsung Launches the Galaxy Core Lite G3586V


Samsung launches the Galaxy Core Lite! Keeping up with Samsung is sort of like trying to keep up with the Jones’s. The company has pumped out handset after handset and tablet after tablet effectively keeping them at the forefront of the market place. No matter how many sizes shapes or colors a device may come in, you can rest assured Samsung has a competitor for it! The latest kid on the Samsung block may not be the next best flagship but this Core Lite has what it needs to keep you connected!

The Galaxy Core in true Samsung fashion is offered up in a multitude of different flavors. You’ve got the original Galaxy Core, the Core 2, the Core LTE, Core Plus, Core Advance and Core LTE and to top it all off the Galaxy Core Lite is now official. The entry level smart phone is a bit under spec’d compared to some of its predecessors but will fit the bill nicely. Unveiled at a press event yesterday in Taiwan, Samsung has let the Core Lite G3586V out of the bag. The handset starts with a 4.7 inch WVGA touch screen that will provide a 480×800 resolution and will give its end users complete touchy control over Android version 4.3 aka Jelly Bean. Underneath its screen we’ll find a highly capable Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 system chip that houses a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and will work alongside 1 GB of RAM 8 GB of ROM and has expandable micro SD memory options up to 64 GB. Around back the Core Lite packs in a 5 mega pixel camera with LED flash while a front facing shooter is not present. Lastly the Core Lite is built into a 9.85mm thin housing and comes with the likes of a 2000 mAH battery as well as connectivity such as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC and a full range of coverage for 4G, 3G and even 2G connections. The device will be launching in Taiwan this month and will cost you about $266 bucks which is about 8000 TWD.
