Samsung Announces the Galaxy Ace 3
Samsung’s Galaxy Ace 3 becomes official! Samsung is notorious for pumping out device, after device! It’s like they just cannot stop. The company has released many mid to low range devices over the years, and they are not stopping yet! Recently we’ve been graced with the likes of the Galaxy Core, the Galaxy Win, and a handful of other super affordable devices. The latest in entry level awesomeness, is the Galaxy Ace 3.
The original Samsung Galaxy Ace launched way back in 2011 and ran Android version 2.2 out of the box. Fast forward to 2012 and the Galaxy Ace 2 is born to continue on the legacy running Android version 4.1.2 and upgrading the bottom line accordingly. Today, Samsung has upped the Ace ante by announcing the Galaxy Ace 3. The Ace 3 has been bumping around the rumor mill since it was spotted in the Bluetooth SIG earlier last month. Now that Samsung has made it official, we now know what it’s made of! First the Galaxy Ace 3 starts with the likes of Android version 4.2. It comes with a 4 inch 480×800 touch screen that offers up 233 pixels per inch. Internally it will run with a highly capable 1800 mAh battery, a dual core 1.2 GHz processor, un-named GPU, 1 GB of Ram, 8 GB of built in storage, 5 GB of which is user accessible and of course expandable micro SD memory options up to 64 GB. Around back of the Ace 3 you’ll find a 5 mega pixel camera that is capable of 1080p video recording while a 0.3 mega pixel camera can be found up front. Additionally, you can expect GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and a micro USB connection. The Galaxy Ace 3 will be offered up in three different variations. The specs as listed above are for the LTE variation aka, the GT-S7275. The other two models will only vary slightly and come with a dual core 1 GHz processor, 4 GB of internal memory and a smaller battery at 1500 mAh these models of the Ace 3 are the Ace 3 3G aka GT-S7270 and the Ace 3 3G with Dual SIM functionality aka the GT-S7272. While no launch date has been announced, the Ace 3 is expected to priced accordingly and will be most likely be launched in Europe and Asia.
