Press renderings of the HTC One Max leak into the headlines. The HTC One was announced back in February of this year and has taken off in popularity. While the device is no iPhone or Galaxy is terms of end users toting them around, the HTC One is arguably one of the best pieces of mobile hardware currently available on the market. The hype surrounding the HTC one was quite thick, if you remember M7 rumors made the anticipation of the device nearly unbearable. Early rumors surrounding the companies’ new One project also considered different variations of the device. The rumored HTC M4, G2 and Event looked to beef up the One series as the One Max and One Mini.

A new rendering of what the HTC One Max should look like has surfaced to the top of the interwebs today and surprisingly, it looks awfully familiar. HTC has taken their One series handsets and put them in direct competition with the likes of LG and Samsung. Take one awesome namesake like the Galaxy or the One in this case and make a different size device for all walks of life.  The forth coming HTC One is also known as the HTC T6 and has been leaked in various different forms over the last few months. Today EVleaks got their hands on some recent renderings of the device but also mention that what you’re seeing is not a final design. With that said, most anyone paying attention is not expecting the device to look much different than what is depicted here. The oversized HTC one will be the company’s first ‘phablet’ device and will come rocking a 5.9 inch Full HD touch screen. Internally it is said to come with a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of expandable memory. The One Max is also expected to come packing an UltraPixel rear facing camera, a huge 3300 mAh battery and hopefully run with the likes of Android version 4.3. No word on the One Max’s launch date however the device will seemingly find a home with At&t when it first arrives stateside.
