New Pantech Ease goes to At&t
At&t has launched a new entry level phone from Pantech, the Pantech Ease has officially launched on At&t and is adding strength to At&t’s lineup.
Pantech is a long time phone maker that has been pumping out phones for quite some time. Many of Pantechs newer models can be found on At&t’s lineup, and for good reason. Most Pantech phones are indeed entry level phones. Pantechs models are usually good models for, marathon texting, young teenagers and the older population that are in need a mobile phone. To most “geeks” or “tech” savvy people Pantechs line up are to be considered the “my first cell phones” of the industry. Where they lack in current technology and will give you just enough features just to get by with. Well the Pantech Ease is no different; the Ease sports a 2 Megapixel camera, 50MB of internal storage and up to 32 GB of external SD memory. The Pantech Ease has a 3.2 inch touch screen, with a resolution of 240×400 pixels. The touch screen on the model slides open horizontally to expose a full QWERTY keypad. The Pantech ease comes equipped with 3G speeds, built in voice guided GPS, full support for instant messaging, and slight multitasking giving the user the ability to send recorded or live video when talking on the phone.
Priced at 69.99 with a new two year contract, it seems that Pantech has not broken there mold and At&t cannot be happier. Phones to this caliber are constant; most parents do not need to spend a few hundred dollars on a phone for their crazy teenager and generally the older population do not need as many features that can be found in the iPhones of life. So you may find yourself asking will someone use this phone, and the answer is yes.
Tell us what you think of the Pantech Ease.

I just got home from the AT&T store with a brand new Pantech Ease for my sister Aly as a birthday present. She loves it! She can set it in easy/complicated mode, and nothing is hard to find. The keyboard is spaced and big. The phone is compact, light, and easy to use. This is seriously a great starter phone for any age (my sister is 12, and after seeing it’s success my mom, age 45, bought it too!). Really wonderful, Pantech has done a great job on this one.

Just bought a used Pantech Ease. Love it. The keyboard is big enough for my fingers, and it can be operated in “easy” mode so I don’t have to deal with all of the bells and whistles I don’t want. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants a decent phone.

Where can I buy the AT&T Pantech Ease at a reasonable price to use as a GoPhone, i.e. without a contract?
