Nokia’s E7 is all business in a party suit
Nokia has been in the midst of their Nokia World event held in London, and is showing off some new devices that are sure to please. During the event Nokia showed off the new E7 which was first spotted way back in June. The E7 has come to the meeting in its party suit as it will surely keep Nokia at the top of the list in international sales, and if it does not the slew of other devices presented today surely will.
The E7 has had its time in the rumor mill, being spotted as a prototype in some blurry pics as well as some videos. But today is the day the E7 rolls out from the Finnish manufacturer. The E7 will be available at some point in the fourth quarter of 2010, just in time for the holidays of course. The Symbian ^3 based E7 carries with it a 4 inch AMOLED touch screen that provides resolutions of 640 x360. The new Nokia E7 sports both WCDMA radios as well as quad-banded GSM radios. Other standards found on the device are Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth 3.0. The E7 also comes equipped with 350 MB of internal memory and 16GB of “mass memory”. The E7’s camera will be shooting with an 8MP camera and have 720p capabilities when recording video. The E7 is also jam packed with business optimized features including, high grade security options such as lock and wipe features amongst others. The E7 will also optimize your productivity with mail for exchange including Microsoft’s Communicator Mobile. The E7 comes with a slew of productivity apps to keep you working. Probably y the most intriguing feature of the new E7 is its buttery smooth full QWERTY that slides out of the device like it was not even there.
