Motorola’s Moto G Spec’s Leak Out A Day Before Launch
The next generation Moto, Moto G gets is spec sheet leaked just one day before its official announcement. Back in August Motorola announced their first handset as a new Google company. The Moto X. The Moto X in some ways revolutionized the smart phone market by allowing customers the chance to custom order their device in the color of their choice by using Motorola’s MotoMaker.Com website. Not only is the X the most customizable device ever it is also assembled in America and the true start of relationship that is sure to produce some awesome handsets and tablets. As the Moto X sells itself into legend however, Motorola is hard at work producing their next Moto device. The Moto G!
The Motorola Moto G has been slowly leaking out of the faucet for a while now. Many moons have passed since its first leak into the wild as the Moto DVX and since then, the picture of the Moto G has become increasingly clearer. Today however, just one day before Motorola Moto G announcement, a German retailer, the Phone House has gone and spilled all the beans. The retailer seemingly got a bit antsy with the Moto G and published the handsets launch page showing off its official press images and listing its spec sheet in its entirety. Unfortunately since its exposure the website removed the page. Luckily, this is the interwebs! The details give the Moto G a 4.5 inch LCD touch screen display that offers up a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Underneath its highly capable touch screen is a 1.2 GHz quad core CPU and 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory running the likes of Android version 4.3. Around back of the G is a 5 mega pixel camera with LED flash, while a 1.3 mega pixel shooter resides up front. The details go on to point out that the Moto G will support GSM/GPRS/EDGE alongside UMTS/HSDPA however, there is no confirmation surrounding LTE support. The details go on to state the G will measure in at 11.6 mm thin, weigh 143 grams and carry with it a 2070 mAh battery. With that, the spec trail ends however, pricing on the SIM free handset is expected land somewhere between £135-150 in the UK. Tomorrow, the Motorola Moto G will be going live as Motorola will be making the device official!
