A New Motorola Android Handset Leaks Into the Wild


It’s not the Motorola X Phone! In case you have been living under a rock lately, Google has bought up the mobile division of Motorola. With such a purchase as you could imagine, the speculation as to what the dynamic duo will produce is through the roof. The latest in rumor says Motorola is working on what is only being called the X Phone. The device is said to come with quad core processing, a minimum of 2 GB of RAM, a huge battery and all sorts of awesome build features that can only be expected from Motorola. Well folks, what you have been seeing scattered around the interwebs today, is not the Motorola X Phone, but a seemingly promising device nonetheless.

Today a new Motorola Android handset has surfaced to the top of the rumor mill with its full specs and even a video in tow. This new mysterious Motorola handset, as pretty as she is, sports last year’s flagship specs. Details give the handset an assumed 4 inch (give or take a bit) touch screen that carries with it a 720P display with a pixel density said to be 320 pixels per inch. Delving a bit deeper the information states this new smart phone with come with a Snapdragon S4 processor, or something better, an Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB of RAM and a more than capable 2200 mAh battery. Tinhte who has leaked the handset also confirm that the handset comes with a model number of XT912A, which is akin to the Droid RAZR line. The handset also does not have a removable back cover or door which means no user replaceable batteries and more than likely no expandable microSD memory options. While this new mystery handset is surely still in its ‘prototyping’ stages it is possible we may see some differences come launch time. And when’s launch time you ask? Well, the verdict is still out on that, however Google’s yearly I/O conference is right around the corner and it’s safe to assume we may see this new Motorola handset in full there.
