Today marks a beautiful day in cell phone history – Ok maybe not, but today the HTC Droid Incredible 2 and the freshly announced Casio G’zOne Commando make their way to availability. However, a missing component to this 28th day of April is the Samsung Droid Charge which has been taunting and teasing potential customers for a few months now. But no go on the Droid Charge today.
The Samsung Droid Charge was slated for release today; unfortunately however the device has been delayed. The true reasoning behind the Droid Charges delay is unknown, but the consensus is pointing at the 4G LTE outage Verizon has recently suffered. While the details of the delay are un-confirmed, my hope is they are attempting to scale back is exorbitant price tag. Last I checked the Droid Charge is priced at $300 bucks on a new contract. Time will tell.
