HTC Desire HD exposed
HTC has made it back into the leaked category with their new Desire HD. The video of the Desire HD comes to the internet over the weekend from the same network of sites that exposed the new HTC WP7 device. Let’s take a look at the 4.3 inch cousin or almost identical brother to the EVO that 247android.com has been able to expose.
What is known about this bad boy is that it’s big. The HTC Desire HD sports what’s shown here a 4.3 inch WGVA touch screen and an 8 MP camera. Looking at the Desire HD you can’t help but think EVO immediately. But what’s different. The most obvious difference even without a full list of specs (that would be nice) is the “rubberized” grips, strategically placed on the unit’s backside. Other difference’s you may not catch is the 3.5 mm headset jack is found at the bottom of the unit, which is similar to the HD2 and it looks as if for now at least that this Desire HD is sans the HDMI output. Specs listed of the Desire HD read like a cool list of stuffs, you would want to see on your device, the 4.3 inch touch screen, 8Mp camera, 720p video recording capabilities, SRS surround sound and even a little Android 2.2, or Froyo out of the gate. The HD Desire is also said to be running a 1GHz Qualcomm processor, so it is sure to be buttery smooth.
The HD Desire at this point is looking to be the GSM version of the EVO released under the Sprint moniker, and there are a many users crying out for an At&t release. And as always, only time will tell. But I’m sure this won’t be the last time we see this puppy. Check the video below, and let us know what you think of the newly leaked HD Desire.hd, HTC, Froyo, Android, gsm
