The last Galaxy S gets official

The Samsung Galaxy S line has had its time in the sun. The line up brought four different models to the current smart phone listings available in America and the last of the four is set to release just as we all expected, September 9th 2010.

The Samsung Galaxy S line was first shown about months ago, and surely impressed. The Galaxy S from Samsung released internationally while the Captivate, Fascinate, Vibrant and Epic 4G all released stateside under one of the four major carriers in the country. The Captivate showing its face with At&t, Vibrant with T-Mobile, and the Epic 4G with Sprint. The last one on the list would be the Fascinate that is slated to release with Verizon. Well, folks if you have been looking for some super AMOLED love via Verizon and you don’t want to wait on the Incredible any longer, well switch lines and wait on the Fascinate. The Samsung Fascinate has been spotted in a new commercial seemingly aired by Samsung showing off the September 9th release date under the Verizon moniker. This commercial has been aired in the past and can been viewed below, however, the text in the video changes from “Coming Soon” to “Available Sept.9 at Verizon”.

The rumor mill and “people familiar with the topic” may have been right on point with this one as speculation surfaced in recent news that the device would premier on the 9th. So if you have been waiting for the Fascinate, you should be able to get your order on as early as the 8th as pre-orders are sure to be available a day before. No confirmation until the press release from Verizon or Samsung, but surely we can’t be wrong on this one.

Waiting for the Fasicinate? Let us know what you think of the new Galaxy phone to hit the American market.
