The latest Blackberry Curve 9320 Briefly Surfaces for its Headshot

It is not every day that you hear exciting news coming from the Blackberry maker RIM. In the past few years it seems that the original smart phone manufacturer has been playing catch up with it competitors. Some who have an opinion blame the operating system or the bland hardware designs. Others point the finger at the companies ‘outlook’ on the market while Blackberry diehards could care less. While the future of the company does not seem as bright as it once was, that is not stopping them from pushing out handsets. Early last month BGR.Com got a cool picture of a new Curve model. The 9320, but before you get your panties in a bunch…it’s pretty much the same.

The Blackberry Curve is a legendary smart phone. Being one of the companies lower tier devices it has introduced many end users to the prowess of what ‘smart phoning’ can do. The last Curve to make it into the headlines was the release of the Curve 9370 to Verizon and the 9360 before that. Now that the Blackberry Curve 9320 has been leaked it looks as if some new info on the dated handset has surfaced. Last month BGR’s leak proposed this Blackberry Curve 9320 would be headed to India, today a new bit of information has the handset pointing at a T-Mobile UK launch.  The Blackberry Curve 9320 popped up on T-Mo’s UK site, of course subsequently being removed, however it seems a release is imminent. The Inquirer dropped a dime on this new Curve 9320 and also had the chance to nab the picture you see here. They go on to point out that the new Curve (at least in the picture) is sporting the latest in Blackberry’s operating system and comes rocking an ‘almost’ metal rim. Additionally the site goes on to claim a May release date for the device. Specs anyone? Ok, well I asked first. According to T-Mo the Blackberry Curve 9320 will have a 3.2 mega pixel camera with LED flash and a 4x zoom. Of course you’ll also be privileged to use its intuitive QWERTY keyboard and optical based trackpad. Original details on the India bound model also state the 9320 will have a 2.44 inch screen that sports a 320×240 pixel resolution and 512 MB of RAM. Exciting? Yea we know.
