The 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy S II Celox Appears
Currently there is a swirl of hype surrounding the new Samsung Galaxy S device. The Galaxy S II to be exact. While this amazingly high powered device is making its way into the hearts and minds of us mobile geeks, the American versions are making their way onto the interwebs. With the Galaxy S II soon to be launching in 4 new flavors it seems that a new 4G version is now seeing the light of day. While this new 4G version does not seem to sport a different form factor its is it’s 4G radios that make it different.
The Galaxy S II is amazing. It sports a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 32GB of internal storage, an 8 mega pixel camera a 2 mega pixel front facing camera and a 4.3 inch screen. So how do you upgrade such perfection? Well simple. Add .2 inches to the screen and include a 4G LTE radio of course. The newly spotted Samsung Galaxy S II ‘Celox’ has leaked as the newest variation of the Galaxy S II line up. A Korean tech site IT Tong has released a full set of specs and some juicy pictures of this new device and the wait is on. This spec listings on this newly uncovered Samsung device state it is ready to work 4G wonders on LTE 800/1800/2600 4G bands which lead us to believe a Euro launch is imminent. However, this surely does not cancel out an American variation with altered 4G bands. And actually, I would imagine this same model or slight variation of this model being under the belt of Verizon when their Galaxy S II arrives. The specs on the Galaxy S II Celox only slightly vary from its original DNA. The Celox uses a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED plus touch screen, sports 4G LTE frequency bands, has 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB with microSD cards, an 8 mega pixel rear facing camera as well as an impressive 2 mega pixel front facing camera, it sports Bluetooth 3.0, as well as Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, A-GPS, its 9.39 mm thin and sports Touch Wiz over the top Android Gingerbread. So there you have it folks an LTE 4G Samsung Galaxy S II.
